“80/20 Rule, that 20% of customers create 80% of revenue.”

I snagged this quote from an interview on “5 Blogs Before Lunch”, but its no new idea. It’s just that I realized for the first time this is exactly how the art market and luxury brand companies work. I get excited when I find little catch phrases that make it easy to conceptualize things, i.e., my brain is lazy so it likes to generalize.
